Return Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We take great care and pride in designing and creating each piece and are very grateful for every customer! Our return policy states if for any reason you are unhappy or have a concern with the piece you receive, please email us at hemmingwaysspecialtyshoppe@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving. We can exchange or refund your item if we receive the item back undamaged within 14 days. Repack the piece in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to improper packaging, you will be responsible.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, you will not be responsible for the return-shipping costs. 

We are unable to accept returns on custom or special order items.
